Intersurgical is seeking an experienced Injection Moulding Specialist to drive CI across global sites from the UK base. You will lead transfer and validation of new moulds, provide hands-on training, and collaborate with engineering and production to maintain quality and regulatory compliance.
You will guide teams in process optimisation, tooling selection and materials understanding, ensuring efficiency and safety across our manufacturing operations.
