** The opportunity
** This is a broad marketing role with two distinct areas of ownership: full product management for the UK and Ireland Mechanical Stapling portfolio, and cross-portfolio specialty strategy for Colorectal and Bariatric surgery. You will combine insight-led strategy with hands-on execution, shaping how we grow established brands, launch innovation and partner with surgical communities to address meaningful clinical and system needs.

You will work across commercial, clinical, medical, market access and professional education teams, with strong exposure to UK and Ireland leadership and regional and global marketing colleagues. The role offers genuine ownership, variety and the opportunity to influence both portfolio performance and the future of two important surgical specialties.

Your remit
** Mechanical Stapling portfolio:
** own the end-to-end product strategy and lifecycle, including market insight, brand planning, positioning, launches, forecasting, pricing, tender strategy, inventory planning, education and commercial performance.
** Colorectal and Bariatric strategy:
** lead cross-portfolio specialty plans based on customer and patient needs, bringing together the relevant products, evidence, education, partnerships and market-shaping activity across Johnson & Johnson Med Tech.
** What you will do*
* · Build and deliver the UK Mechanical Stapling strategy, translating customer, market and competitor insight into clear growth priorities and measurable plans.
· Own the Mechanical Stapling product lifecycle, including positioning, segmentation, value propositions, launch readiness, portfolio optimisation and end-of-life planning.
