This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Manager located in Wokingham. The Property Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of residential and commercial properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and tenants’ needs are met. Responsibilities include property inspections, coordinating repairs and maintenance, managing tenancy agreements, liaising with tenants and landlords, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The role also involves regular communication to build strong relationships with clients and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

• Proficiency in tenancy management, property maintenance, and inspections
• Strong organization, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, tenants, and contractors
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory property compliance standards
• Experience with sales, lettings, and block property management is an asset
• Proficient in basic computer applications and property management software tools
• Background in real estate or related field preferred
• Full UK driver's license is required for property visits
