Overview
- Driving specialty expansion for Surgery in existing and previously untapped surgical areas.
- Supporting delivery of regional sales performance through strategic account development and NPI execution.
- Leading implementation and delivery of private-sector contracts.
- Experienced Surgical First Assistants, Surgical Care Practitioners, or commercially successful Medical Device Sales Professionals with experience in sutures, wound closure, or the wider surgical environment.
- Demonstrated business development or marketing experience in Med Tech or healthcare.
- Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
- Expertise in sales enablement and market development demonstrated through a strong track record of consistency in delivering against target expectations.
- Ability to communicate aims, objectives, and expectations clearly, engagingly, and inspiringly.
- Effective delegation and prioritisation skills, enabling efficient work and empowering others.
