Sales Development Representative

Location: Wokingham (Office-based)
Salary: £27,000 - £35,000 DOE Performance Bonus

This is an exciting opportunity for a Sales Development Representative to join a successful commercial team, acting as the first point of contact for customers and supporting the growth of a forward-thinking business.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in sales, customer management or technical support who enjoys building relationships, understanding customer needs and helping guide opportunities through the sales journey.

Based from the Wokingham office, you'll work closely with internal teams to qualify opportunities, support customers and ensure a smooth handover through to the next stage of the process.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will:

• Manage inbound customer enquiries via phone, email and online platforms.
• Build relationships with customers and understand their requirements.
• Qualify sales opportunities and identify suitable solutions.
• Guide customers through digital assessment processes to gather key information.
