Social Housing Plumber – Wokingham
Permanent Role
Build Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Plumber to work on a social housing contract in Wokingham.
Role details:
Permanent position
£38,000 per annum
Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00
Van and fuel card provided
Full permanent benefits package
Duties will include:
Day-to-day plumbing maintenance
Repairs and installations within occupied social housing properties
Fault finding and remedial works
Requirements:
Time-served plumber or relevant plumbing qualifications
Previous experience within social housing preferred
Full UK driving licence
