As a Social Worker in our West Team, you will work with a diverse range of people supporting them to live the life they want to live. You'll get to know the people you work with and what matters most to them. You'll focus on what they can do as well as what they may need some support with, working in partnership with carers to enable carers them to continue in their caring roles for as long as they choose and are able to.

This role involves working directly with adults with a wide range of needs, including older adults, people with physical disabilities, individuals affected by alcohol or substance misuse or hoarding, as well as carers who are seeking advice, support and guidance.
