Wokingham Borough Council is seeking a Family Help Social Worker to join our newly remodelled Family Help Service in Wokingham. You will deliver relationship-based social work with children and families, co-producing plans with partners to improve outcomes and reduce risk.
You will join a collaborative, multi-agency team and contribute to safeguarding meetings, high-quality assessments, and reflective supervision. Hybrid working from Shute End and home is available.
