Quantum Scholars is seeking a calm, compassionate Family Support Assistant to assist a family in Wokingham. You will provide practical and emotional support to a highly anxious young person educated through EOTAS, building trust with the family and helping with daily routines in a home setting.
The role emphasises flexibility, safeguarding, and working closely with parents and other professionals to promote independence and positive routines while maintaining clear boundaries.
