Working Hours & Flexibility- Standard working hours are 9:00am - 5:00pm
, including a 1-hour paid lunch break - During busy periods, shifts will be rota-based between 7:00am - 7:00pm
- There is an expectation for overtime to support increased workload when required
- Weekend work will be required during peak periods and may be ad-hoc depending on business needs
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead operations within a fast-paced and technical environment supporting the events industry.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in events, production, rental, or logistics
, who thrives in a hands-on role managing both people and processes.
You will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, ensuring equipment is efficiently managed, maintained, and prepared to a high standard to support successful event delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all day-to-day warehouse operations, including storage, handling, and inventory management
- Manage multiple workflows, prioritising tasks during busy dispatch and return periods
- Lead, train, and develop a warehouse team, ensuring best practices are followed
- Maintain accurate inventory records using management systems (training provided where needed)
- Coordinate preparation and de-preparation of equipment for upcoming projects
- Ensure the warehouse environment remains clean, organised, and compliant with Health & Safety standards
- Monitor and improve KPIs, including equipment readiness and operational accuracy
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment
- Proven experience in a warehouse management role within a fast-paced environment
- Background within events, production, logistics, or equipment rental
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and Health & Safety regulations
- Good IT skills and experience with inventory systems
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities Desirable
- Experience working with KPIs and performance management
- Proven ability to improve operational efficiency within a warehouse setting
- Salary:
35,000 - 40,000 per year - Company pension
