Source4 Personnel Solutions are recruiting on behalf of our client for an entry level Technician & Warehouse Support position based in Twyford, Reading.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career within operations, logistics or supply chain. The role is ideal for a reliable, organised and hands-on individual who enjoys a combination of administrative tasks and warehouse work.

Working as part of a supportive team, you will play a key role in processing customer returns while assisting with the day-to-day running of the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

* Returns (RMA) Administration

* Process customer returns accurately and efficiently.

* Log returned items onto internal systems and maintain accurate records.

* Check returned goods against relevant documentation, including serial numbers and product condition.

* Liaise with internal departments regarding return updates.

* Assist with reporting on return volumes and trends.

* Support with customer queries relating to returns where required.

Warehouse Support

* Receive, unpack and inspect returned goods.

* Organise and store stock safely and accurately.

* Prepare products for dispatch or refurbishment.

* Assist with stock counts and inventory control.

* Help maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment.

What We're Looking For

* Excellent attention to detail.

* Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Excel.

* Strong communication and teamwork skills.

* A proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

* Comfortable working in both an office and warehouse environment.

* Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable Experience

* Previous experience within administration, warehousing or customer service.

* Experience using stock management systems or processing returns would be advantageous but is not essential, as full training will be provided.
