Position: Assistant Controller for Manufacturing
Elevate your career as an Assistant Controller in Saint-François-Xavier-de-Brompton at a leading manufacturing company. This role centers on mastering the full accounting cycle and ensuring financial accuracy.

You will master the accounting cycle while preparing month-end closing packages and financial statements. Collaborate with the Controller on continuous improvement initiatives and support inventory management and cost accounting systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare month-end closing packages and journal entries

• Manage financial statements and variance analyses

• Perform reconciliations across various accounts

• Process intercompany billing and customer invoices

• Support inventory control and physical counts

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• 3 to 5 years of accounting experience

• CPA designation or in progress (preferred)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Familiarity with ERP systems and multi-division environments
