Our Sales and Marketing team is currently looking for an energetic and driven candidate to fill the position of Customer Service Representative. This department has allowed us to rise as the premier supplier in Canada. Our goal is to make the client’s call to us the highlight of his day, through professional service and accurate information. The candidate can deliver a simple, good and entertaining conversation over the phone.
We are in search of someone who can handle troubled calls, find the proper resources and work well in a team environment. We hope you find your place in our great company.
- Answer customer service calls in a courteous and professional manner;
- Assist customers with basic account requests over the phone: accurate order taking, investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues, direct customers to the various resources at their disposal (web site, customer area, etc.), assist and guide clients on our web-store for a better experience;
- Provide information on the company’s products and services, promotions, fees and terms of service and availability of the service;
- Assist in the verification of web-store orders;
- Treat calls, emails or inquiries with a sense of urgency;
- Transfer customer calls to the appropriate representative;
- Adequately communicate the brand identity and commercial position;
- Update customer database (ex: CRM, Sage) with specific messages regarding transactions;
- Make calls, follow-ups to customers to ensure the quality of our service;
- Help sales representatives with their administrative tasks;
- Other tasks may be assigned.
- High school diploma required;
- 2 to 5 years of customer service experience, an asset;
- Experience working in a related environment;
- Prior knowledge of bowling products and industry, an asset;
- Perfectly bilingual (English and French);
- Excellent knowledge of:
- MS Office Suite (Excel formulas and macros, import/export);
- Sage 300, XM Symphony, an asset.
