This role is essential within the Pre-primary Program Team, collaborating closely with the Lead Early Childhood Educator. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Lead Early Childhood Educator daily.

• Support the implementation of the Pre-primary Program curriculum.

• Facilitate an engaging, inclusive environment for children.

• Observe and document children’s development accurately.

• Assess and adapt strategies to meet diverse needs.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education.

• Minimum of three years in preschool education.

• Strong skills in play-based pedagogy.

• Experience with diverse cultural backgrounds.

• Valid First Aid and Food Handlers certification.
