At Conavi Medical, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful design transfer and manufacturing readiness of medical devices, including catheter-based systems. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on process development and optimization for medical devices

• Conduct design transfers and pilot production for catheters and assemblies

• Implement IQ/OQ/PQ validations for disposable and electromechanical products

• Design manufacturing tooling with a focus on efficiency and safety

• Lead projects to enhance manufacturing processes and reduce costs

Requirements:

• Engineering degree in Biomedical, Mechanical, or related fields

• Significant experience in medical device manufacturing

• Knowledge of ISO 13485 standards

• Expertise in process control and documentation

• Willingness to travel to manufacturer sites across the U.S. and Canada
