Position: Technical Support Specialist in ITS
Join the front line of technical support for Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) products, helping customers resolve hardware issues. Utilize various tools to provide step-by-step guidance and support.

In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring customer satisfaction through expert diagnosis and resolution of hardware issues. Collaborating with field technicians, you'll provide essential support from pre-sales to end-of-life stages, all while maintaining accurate documentation and feedback loops for product improvements.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electronics or Electrical Engineering Technology
