- Je bedient, stelt in en controleert de machines in het kaaspakhuis.
- Je bewaakt de productielijn en het verpakkingsproces nauwkeurig.
- Je signaleert storingen en lost eenvoudige technische problemen zelf op.
- Je voert klein onderhoud uit volgens vaste werkinstructies.
- Je controleert producten volgens de geldende HACCP- en kwaliteitsnormen.
- Je registreert productiegegevens, afwijkingen en uitgevoerde controles.
- Je werkt nauw samen met collega-operators en de technische dienst.
- Je denkt actief mee over een veiliger en efficiënter productieproces.
- Ervaring als operator, verpakkingsoperator of productiemedewerker.
- Bij voorkeur ervaring in de voedingsmiddelen- of verpakkingsindustrie — maar ervaring met machines of productielijnen in een andere sector is ook welkom.
- Beschikbaarheid voor 32 tot 40 uur per week in 3-ploegendienst.
- Technisch inzicht en de bereidheid om kleine storingen zelf op te lossen.
- Goede beheersing van het Nederlands of Engels.
- Oog voor veiligheid, hygiëne en productkwaliteit.
