Alliade zoekt een Begeleider Gerontopsychiatrie om bewoners met psychiatrische kwetsbaarheden te begeleiden en te ondersteunen op locatie Linde Stede, De Wetterkant. Je werkt op een vaste groep en biedt structuur en rust in het dagelijks leven.
Je beschikt over een mbo-3 diploma Maatschappelijke Zorg, hebt affiniteit met agogische begeleiding en bent flexibel inzetbaar voor wisselende dienstroosters, inclusief weekend en feestdagen. Zo draag je bij aan een veilige, warme zorgomgeving.
