Accountant– Accountancy Practice

Salary: Up to £40k
Location: WV7
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent on site

We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Senior Manager-level professional to join our growing accountancy practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and wants to work across the entire practice rather than being restricted to a single department. You will manage a diverse portfolio ranging from owner-managed businesses and SMEs through to group companies with turnovers of up to £50 million.

• Managing a varied portfolio of clients across multiple sectors
• Reviewing and overseeing accounts, tax, and advisory work
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members
• Working closely with Partners on practice development and client strategy
• Identifying opportunities to add value and provide commercial advice to clients
• Assisting with workflow management across the practice

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or qualified by experience)
• Previous experience at Senior Manager, Practice Manager, or equivalent level within an accountancy practice
• Strong technical knowledge across accounts, tax, and business advisory services
• Comfortable working with clients ranging from small owner-managed businesses to larger groups with turnovers up to £50m
• Commercially minded with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Able to work collaboratively across departments and contribute to the wider success of the practice
