Job Responsibilities
- Prepare draft financial statements and tax computations for Limited Companies.
- Perform analyses and post entries using modern accounting software.
- Produce accurate management accounts for a varied client base.
- Carry out core bookkeeping duties, including VAT returns and Self-Assessment preparation.
- Provide active assistance with audits directly on client sites.
- Assist and support more senior members of the team as required.
- Maintain clear, professional verbal and written communication across all client and internal interactions.
- Ideally ACA / ACCA part-qualified or in the final year of AAT studies.
- Practical accounting experience gained within a professional accountancy practice.
- Hands-on proficiency with major accounting software packages.
- Strong technical understanding of draft financial statements and tax computations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team and assist senior team members.
