Office Administrator/ Coordinator
What skills and experience we're looking for We are seeking to employ an enthusiastic, calm and friendly person to join us on a permanent basis to work as part of our happy, hardworking school office team.
The post is for 20 hours per week, working Monday to Friday from 9am to 1pm term-time only.
We are looking for someone who iswarm and welcoming, can communicate clearly and effectively, possesses excellent ICT skills and is able to prioritise their work.
You will be joining a happy, hard working school with highly dedicated staff, delightful children and supportive parents.
Duties will include providing administrative support to the Office Manager, undertaking purchasing and income banking, dealing with queries from parents and visitors and answering telephone and email enquiries.
