) Full-time | Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm/9am-5pm (some flexibility needed) £12.21 per hour, rising to £12.95 after 12 weeks Temporary until August 2026 (potential extension) Fully onsite | Initial training in Dudley (2-4 weeks) Join a busy Public Sector team as a Court Usher, supporting the smooth, professional running of daily court operations.
- Prepare courtrooms and manage daily schedules
- Organise files and documentation
- Greet and support court users
- Keep proceedings running efficiently
- Record outcomes and handle data entry
- Communicate with staff, visitors, and senior stakeholders
- Strong communication and people skills
- Excellent organisation and multitasking ability
- Confident, reliable, and proactive approach
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Enhanced DBS
- 3 years' employment references
- Flexibility to travel to Dudley/Walsall when needed
