The Receptionist will provide professional front-of-house support, ensuring all visitors and communications are handled efficiently. This role in Wolverhampton within the Energy & Natural Resources industry requires excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

The employer is a medium-sized organisation operating within the Energy & Natural Resources sector. With a focus on delivering high-quality services, they value precision and reliability in their Secretarial & Business Support functions. They are now seeking a temporary Receptionist to join them on their site in Wolverhampton.

Description
  • Manage the reception area, greeting visitors and ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Handle incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
  • Coordinate and manage incoming and outgoing post and deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate visitor logs and ensure security protocols are upheld.
  • Provide administrative support to various teams as required.
  • Monitor and order office supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, including room bookings.
  • Handle ad hoc tasks to support the Secretarial & Business Support department.
Profile

A successful Receptionist should have:

  • Previous experience in a front-of-house or administrative role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
  • A professional and approachable demeanour.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
Job Offer
  • An annual salary of 25000 to 27000 per annum.
