Personal Assistant to The Chairman
Location: Wolverhampton
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday (8-hour day shifts)
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to our Director and help ensure the smooth running of daily office operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional individual with strong administrative skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting business operations, maintaining confidential information, and providing high-quality administrative assistance.

- Prepare and draft documents, contracts, correspondence, and reports
- Organise, maintain, and update company files and documentation
- Conduct research and gather relevant information as required
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and telephone calls
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for the Director
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
- Perform general administrative duties including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry
- Assist with office administration and support wider business operations when required
- Previous experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or senior administrative role
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively under pressure
- Professional and confident manner with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures would be advantageous but is not essential
