About the Role

The role is to provide an effective and responsive administrative support to the Construction Technical Excellence College (CTEC) and to act as a key contact for all stakeholders, including spokes and delivery partners, while administering all CTEC related projects.

Role Responsibilities
  • Provide an excellent customer experience, acting as the first point of contact for enquiries from employers, stakeholders and providers regarding the CTEC.
  • Work with colleagues to ensure all enquiries are dealt with appropriately and in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Support the Regional Construction Skills Director and the Head of CTEC with general administrative duties.
  • Liaise with the Regional Construction Skills Director and the Head of CTEC to determine work priorities and ensure CTEC deadlines are met.
Qualifications
  • Level 3 Business administration or equivalent, or willingness to obtain.
  • Level 2 Maths and English.
  • Experience using the full range of Microsoft Office Software.
  • Possess time management skills and the ability to prioritise.
