Personal Assistant Opportunity in Andover (SP11 8HJ
). Our Public Sector client in Andover is currently seeking a Personal Assistant to support the principles within their organisation on a short-term, full-time assignment .
Location:
Fully onsite in Andover
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (37 hours per week) Pay Rate: £15.98 per hour Duration:
Three months Requirements: DBS check & 3 years of referencing
About the Role:
As a Personal Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the organisation's Principals ensuring their schedules run smoothly and their time is used effectively. You'll be a crucial link within the admin support team, collaborating closely with other PAs to keep everything running smoothly. This is the perfect role for someone who thrives in a busy environment, is proactive, and has a passion for organisation and detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Email and diary management, prioritising or rearranging where necessary and flagging any potential clashes Book and coordinate travel and accommodation Organise meetings and conferences, including sending out invitations and securing rooms Attend meetings to take notes and follow up on action points What You'll Bring: A high level of organisation, motivation, and the ability to work independently Confidence engaging with senior leaders and stakeholders, both in person and over the phone The flexibility to manage competing priorities and shifting deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills First-class attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 - especially Outlook, SharePoint & One Note
Additional Requirements:
