Join the University of Wolverhampton as an Admissions Officer and play a key role in delivering an excellent applicant experience. Working closely with the Admissions Manager, Academic Schools and Professional Services colleagues, you will assess applications, make admissions decisions in line with University regulations, respond to applicant enquiries, and support recruitment, conversion and enrolment activities. You will ensure applications are processed accurately, efficiently and in accordance with University policies, regulatory requirements and service standards.

- Work with Academic Schools and Professional Services to resolve enquiries and support efficient admissions processes.
- Contribute to recruitment, conversion and enrolment activities, including Open Days, Applicant Visit Days, Confirmation and Clearing.
- Monitor admissions performance, maintain accurate records and support process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with University regulations, sector requirements and data protection legislation.
- Contribute to continuous service improvement and undertake other duties appropriate to the grade of the post.
