Vehicle Technician

An exciting opportunity has become available for an Automotive Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic within a family‑run garage located in Wolverhampton. Our Automotive Client has a need for a Vehicle Technician or Vehicle Mechanic who is motivated and able to work to their own initiative.

• Carrying out diagnostics on all vehicles
• Responsible for all types of maintenance, service, and repairs to cars and light commercial vehicles (vans)
• Ensuring customers receive a great end‑to‑end experience
• The ability to work within given timescales
• Tackle all aspects of vehicle repairs and servicing
• The ability to accurately complete paperwork, i.e. VHC (Vehicle Health Checks) / Job sheets / Customer service documentation

• Carrying out Servicing and Repairs to a variety of Vehicles
• MOT Testing
• Performing Diagnostic Testing to identify Vehicle Faults.
• Ensuring that paperwork is completed to the highest of standards

• A Fully Qualified Vehicle Technician NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
• A Current and Valid UK Driving Licence
• Dedicated and committed approach.

The salary of this role is up to £39000 basic with OTE of £45000.

Hours of work for this Vehicle Technician role are Monday to Friday (8:30am - 17:30pm) and one Saturday in two (8:30am - 12:30pm).
