• Own the Strategy:
  Define and execute product, pricing, and positioning strategies for the European Passenger Car Engine Oils additive portfolio.
• Be the Expert:
  Become the go-to authority on market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.

  Work with OEMs, customers, and cross-functional teams to shape product development and market penetration strategies.
• Drive Growth:

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Chemistry, or Engineering (MBA preferred).
• Experience:
  
  5+ years in Sales, Marketing, Technology Deployment, or Product Management—ideally in specialty chemicals or lubricants.
