Trainee Transport Planner

Overview

£21-25,000 commencing basic salary + excellent benefits (including 32 days holiday; Corporate Gym Membership; Corporate Hospitality in Football, Rugby & Horse racing) and career development/progression opportunities. Exciting career development opportunity for an intelligent, hard-working & ambitious school leaver or graduate (or equivalent). The role is based at our client's Coventry site.

You will be trained in all aspects of the services the company provides and progress to be an important part of the Transport Team, ensuring that deliveries & collections are completed to the complete satisfaction of the customer.

• Train in all aspects of the company’s services and progress to an integral member of the Transport Team.
• Ensure deliveries and collections are completed to the complete satisfaction of the customer.
• Communicate with customers and hauliers at all levels, developing relationships and contributing to a highly motivated transport team.
• Support ongoing personal and career development within a dynamic transport environment.

• Excellent communication skills; comfortable interacting with customers and hauliers.

• A full UK driving licence is required.
