Oak Furniture land is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a depot team on rotating early and late shifts. You will drive KPI delivery, manage resources and ensure health and safety compliance across transport and warehouse operations.
You will coordinate staff, contractors and drivers, monitor performance, and implement improvements to sustain efficient, compliant and customer-focused operations. The role runs Monday–Friday, 40 hours, with shift rotation.
