Launch Studio is seeking a proactive Client Services Manager in a hybrid role based in the UK. You will be the main day‑to‑day contact for a portfolio of clients, owning their experience from onboarding through delivery and ongoing growth.
The role combines client relationship management, commercial ownership and project coordination. Salary band £35–45k, full-time and permanent, with hybrid work including days at the St Albans studio.
