16) for a Surrey-based commercial insurance business. You will provide senior compliance leadership, oversee SMF
16 duties, and manage regulatory relationships at board level.
The role focuses on Consumer Duty, governance and culture, regulatory change, and oversight of pricing, distribution and outsourcing. A base salary up to £100,000 plus 25% bonus potential and a significant LTIP are on offer.
