This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the heart of Board and committee activity
, working with senior stakeholders and taking real ownership of governance processes.

• Managing Board & Committee meeting cycles
• Coordinating agendas, papers, deadlines and actions
• Drafting high-quality, accurate minutes
• Maintaining governance records, systems and statutory information
• Supporting Company Secretarial and shareholder processes
• Working closely with senior stakeholders
• Identifying and escalating governance issues where appropriate
• Contributing to process and governance improvements

• Governance
• Company Secretarial
• Legal Operations
• Financial Services or another regulated environment

Ideally experienced within pensions, investments, asset management or financial services

Highly organised and detail-focused

An excellent writer with strong minute-taking skills

Confident working with senior stakeholders

Able to take ownership while knowing when to elevate

A relevant governance qualification
, or a willingness to work towards one, would be advantageous.
