Job Description & How to Apply Below
Central Wolverhampton
Full-Time | £12.21+ per hour (depending on experience)
A warm, family-run nursery in central Wolverhampton is seeking Level 3 (or above) qualified Nursery Practitioners to join their close-knit team. With two long-standing team members leaving in the New Year due to personal circumstances, the nursery is looking for passionate, creative and enthusiastic practitioners ready to bring fresh ideas while supporting the nursery’s shared goals.
This is a small, friendly setting with 48 children, 3 rooms, and a diverse staff team of 20, each bringing unique experience, culture and knowledge. Collaboration, communication and shared values sit at the heart of their practice, creating a genuinely supportive environment where everyone is heard.
About the Role
These are full-time, 40-hour roles that can be worked over 4 long days (7:30–6:00) or 5 days with 8-hour shifts. The first vacancy is for the preschool room, and the second room placement will be confirmed based on the candidate’s skills and the needs of the setting.
Experience with SEN is desirable but not essential; the nursery is happy to train and support the right person.

* 28 days’ holiday (April–March)
* Childcare discount
* Free uniform top
* Wellbeing consultants available
* Christmas week off
* Bank holidays off
* On-site parking

The nursery offers extensive professional development, including:

* First aid renewals
* Opportunities for Level 5, leadership and management courses
* Autism and specialist training
