Site Manager – Wolverhampton

Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 + package (depending on experience)

Kitson Associates is pleased to share a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join a rapidly growing housing developer on their site in Wolverhampton.

• Manage and supervise site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Maintain quality control procedures to ensure high standards of workmanship.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any issues or delays.
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and local authorities.
• Manage site logistics, deliveries, and materials efficiently.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering quality homes on time.

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in residential new build housing within the UK.
• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.
• CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card.
• First Aid qualification (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and health & safety compliance.
• IT literate with experience using project management software.
• Full UK driving license.
