As an Estimator
, you will occupy an office‑based role and also carry out site visits/surveys when required. Working within a settled and collaborative company, this role will report to the Commercial Director.

• Travelling across the West Midlands to survey works and meet with clients.
• Compiling scopes of work from client briefs and documentation.
• All aspects of tendering.
• Sending packages to new and existing sub‑contractors across the supply chain.
• Compiling estimates of true cost from multiple sectors and presenting to the Commercial Director.
• Presenting clear handovers for the Commercial and Operational stakeholders.

• Experience in take‑offs of measurements.
• Main contractor experience preferable.
• Construction industry qualification, site/trade experience or both.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work to strict deadlines.
• Ability to communicate and present clearly to all stakeholders.
• Experience using estimating software (Conquest preferably), preferred but not necessary.
• Experience with Excel, preferred but not necessary.
• Current and preferably clean driving licence.
