Building Surveyor
Current vacancy for a Building Surveyor to work on commercial / education buildings for a local authority.
The role will involve overseeing minor works and maintenance programmes.
Responsibilities- Building condition surveys
- Taking a brief and issue tender documents
- Appoint and manage contractors
- Working as part of wider property function and working to delivery key projects
- Stakeholder engagement
- Arranging repair works related to fire and flood damage
- Working knowledge of building and fire regulations
