Currently hiring for a number of QS roles for our client based within M25. Our client specialises in delivering complex new builds & refurbs - Data Centres, Parmaceutical, Urban Developments and Logistics.

Responsibilities- Ensure the project team achieve or exceed budgeted targets.
- Price and effectively agree project variations.
- Complete CVR reports, ensuring they accurately reflet the current position on site and the final profit projection.
- Manage and minimise non recoverable costs on projects.
- Comply with company SHEQ policies.
- Develop and manage junior surveying staff.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely delivery.
- HND or Degree in Quantity Surveying
- 5 years of relevant work experience in a QS role
