Skanska Building Services is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead on-site commercial delivery for a major MoD contract near Watford. You will work closely with the Commercial Manager to ensure financial performance against plans, managing new works, lifecycle projects and BAU activities.
The role is full-time and on-site, with DV security clearance required. You will contribute to reporting, forecasting and maintaining financial controls within a high-profile, regulated environment.
