Quantity Surveyor

Reporting to the Senior Commercial team we are looking for a driven and detail-focused Quantity Surveyor to join our expert team. With a minimum of 3 years' experience, you’ll play a key role in delivering complex commercial and retail fit-outs, managing budgets, and ensuring cost-effective project delivery from inception to completion.

• Preparing, analysing costs for tenders and contracts
• Liaising with sub-contractors, and preparation of subcontract and supplier orders
• Managing projects from estimating through to hand over
• Assessing and certification of sub-contractor interim payments
• Manage variations and track design changes as a project evolves
• Production of pre-contract take-off, interim valuation, and final account
• Prepare monthly Cost Value Reconciliation on contracts
• Establish, and maintain effective working relationships with contractors, site teams and colleagues
• Plan, allocate, and evaluate work carried out by teams, individuals, and yourself
• Attend site meetings when required

Do you have?

• A higher-level qualification in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or a related field
• Minimum 3 years QS experience
• Proficient in MS Office and Procore
• Ambitious Team player
• Valid Driving Licence
• Immediate Start
• Hybrid
