Golding Homes is seeking an Asset Compliance Manager to lead statutory compliance across fire, gas, electrical, asbestos, water hygiene, lifts and MEPS, ensuring safe, compliant homes and robust assurance to the executive team.
Reporting to the Head of Building Safety & Compliance, you will shape strategy, manage budgets and contracts, drive governance, and deputise in leadership while building strong relationships with regulators, contractors and stakeholders.
