Appoint is seeking a Freelance Estimator to join the Pre-Construction Team for UK projects. The ideal candidate will prepare detailed cost estimates for New Build and Refurbishment works and take ownership of tenders typically valued from £1m to £20m.
You will collaborate with project managers, clients and subcontractors to gather accurate data and develop pricing strategies that identify commercial opportunities while reducing risk.
