Thorn Baker Construction in Wiltshire is seeking an experienced Working Foreman to lead our on-site team across projects in the area. This is a hands-on role requiring you to supervise operations while also carrying out practical construction work when needed. You will organise day-to-day site activities, monitor safety and quality, ensure work stays on programme, and act as the main point of contact for subcontractors, suppliers and clients, reporting regularly to the Contracts Manager.
