Electrical Quantity Surveyor

Wolverhampton | All Levels | Projects up to £5m A well-established, family-run Electrical contractor based in Wolverhampton is looking to appoint an Electrical Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. The business delivers large-scale commercial and industrial projects across the UK, with individual project values up to £5 million. Due to continued growth and a strong forward order book, they are open to Quantity Surveyors at all levels, from Assistant through to Senior.

The Role:

You will play a key role in the commercial management of electrical packages across multiple projects, supporting delivery teams from pre-construction through to final account.

Key responsibilities include:

Commercial management of electrical projects from award to final account Preparing and managing valuations, variations, and cost reports Subcontractor procurement, payments, and account management Cost forecasting and cash flow management Supporting tendering and pre-construction where required Working closely with Contracts Managers and Project Teams Ensuring projects are delivered within budget and commercial targets Requirements:
Background in Electrical / Building Services Quantity Surveying

Experience with in commercial or industrial projects preferred Open to Assistant, Intermediate, or Senior level candidates Strong numerical and analytical skills Good communication and stakeholder management ability Relevant construction / quantity surveying qualification (preferred but not essential) What's on
