TAY Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a commercial refurbishment project in Wolverhampton
.
Location: Wolverhampton
Start Date: Monday 2nd November 2026
Duration: 16 weeks
Rate: £280 per day
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm
Project: Commercial Refurbishment
Managing the day-to-day running of site.
Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works remain on programme.
Providing regular progress reports to head office.
Liaising directly with the end client.
Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained.
Valid CSCS Card, SMSTS and First Aid.
Previous Site Management experience on commercial refurbishment projects.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Ability to manage subcontractors and deliver projects to programme.
