.

The core of the position will involve RICS Level 2 and Level 3 Home Surveys
, alongside defect diagnosis and wider professional surveying work. There will also be opportunities to become involved in Contract Administration, Party Wall matters and residential refurbishment projects.

Chartered status is not essential. The priority is finding someone with strong practical residential surveying experience who can provide a high-quality service to clients.

Why Apply?

This isn't a role where you'll simply be expected to complete survey after survey.

It offers the opportunity to combine Level 2 and Level 3 residential surveying with defect diagnosis, Contract Administration, project work and Party Wall matters
, depending on your existing experience and areas you'd like to develop.
