Working closely with our Brand, Marketing, Product Marketing and Channel teams, you'll play a key role in shaping our visual communications, driving creative quality, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Content Studio Manager & Lead Designer, you'll:

  • Manage, prioritise and allocate creative projects across the team.
  • Design and deliver high‑quality print and digital marketing assets.
  • Ensure all creative work aligns with brand guidelines and business objectives.
  • Oversee photography and video projects from briefing through delivery.

  • Strong knowledge of branding, typography, layout and print production.
  • Experience delivering both digital and print creative projects.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • The ability to balance multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
It Would Be Great If You Also Have
  • Experience in a commercial design, branding or print environment.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media content creation.
  • Motion graphics or video editing skills.
  • Photography and image retouching experience.
  • Experience using AI tools to improve creative workflows and productivity.
  • Familiarity with project management software.
Why Join Us?

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact by leading a talented creative function while remaining hands‑on with design. You'll have the autonomy to shape studio processes, influence our creative direction, and help deliver compelling work that supports our brand and business growth.

If you're an inspiring creative leader who enjoys combining strategic thinking with exceptional design execution, we'd love to hear from you.
