Customer Service & Client Support Executive
We’re hiring proactive and tech‑savvy Customer Service & Client Support Executives to join our growing team. You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, handling inquiries with clarity, empathy, and professionalism.
Reporting directly to the Customer Service & Client Communication Manager, you’ll help deliver a seamless client experience and support the wider team in daily operations. If you’re organized, eager to learn, and thrive in a team environment, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do- Handle inbound and outbound client communication across calls, email, and digital channels.
- Use customer service tools, CRM systems, and ticketing platforms.
- Log, track, and follow up on client queries to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain high‑quality email and communication standards.
- Support the Customer Service Manager with reporting, admin, and workflow tasks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to pass on accurate information and updates.
- Some experience in customer service, call handling, or client support.
- Good communication skills.
- Comfortable using technology and learning new systems quickly.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
