- First point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email
- Handling order, delivery, invoicing, quality and system-related queries
- Resolving straightforward issues and escalating more complex cases
- Logging cases accurately and working to clear KPIs
- Providing basic guidance to customers on systems and processes
- 2+ years’ experience in a customer service / customer support role
- Confident handling multiple customer queries at once
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication
- Ability to prioritise, follow processes, and use good judgement
- Experience working to KPIs or SLAs
- Use of CRM or case management systems
- Supporting customers with system access or technical queries
- Background in manufacturing, logistics, production, or regulated environments
